18 years of being the chef of Ritz Seafood in Voorhees before starting Dan’s Waffles food truck, we were always considered one of the states best Seafood restaurants.

Wine Down Summer Festival at Veterans Island in Cooper River Park just behind La Scala Fire restaurant. From 12-5
Wine tasting from the states best wineries, food trucks and live music.

South Jersey Seafood and music Festival at Washington Lake Park in Sewell. From 11-7
We will be featuring Bang Bang Shrimp in a Waffle Bowl

Difference between WANT & NEED
I want abs but I need Liege waffles !

These aren’t batter-poured waffles. Dan’s waffles are handcrafted from his unique, dough-based recipe like those originating in Liège, Belgium (Gaufre de Liège).

- One recipe of 12 dozen waffles set to proof.
- 90 minutes later, doubled in size
- Then rolled in Pearl sugar. ( it’s not pretzel salt)
- 30 year old heavy cast iron Belgium waffle plates keep getting better with age . Europeans do make things to last a lifetime …
A quick press and they are ready to be flash frozen to retain their freshness, as we don’t use any preservatives or chemical dough conditioners like commercial bakeries do.
- Conveniently packaged in resealable bags.
A simple quick reheat in a hot oven or toaster to enjoy the scrumptious waffles with a buttery, caramel crunch outside and a dense, sweet and chewy, vanilla-infused inside.
