We catered a lunch today to a corporation at Hamilton, boxed option with house salad, empanadas, and chips, also a chicken package with Tinga, rice, beans, salsa, chips, and guacamole.

Our booth at the Fall Festival last Friday at the Howe Commons in Pennington, thanks to the Borough of Pennington Parks and Recreation for the invite. We served our popular cochinita pibil tacos, chicken flautas, and beef empanadas with chimichurri. We were sold out by the end of the night.
