Well had the pleasure of catering for High Point Ministries in LaGrange, KY last night for their volunteer appreciation dinner. Alsways love serving up at High Point myself but we got to serve the volunteers a great hot meal of smoked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, smoked green beans, banana pudding, and peanut butter pie. Had a lot of great compliments and I think the meatloaf and peanut butter pie were the two big hits of the night. We’d love to be able to serve your next event and the holidays are coming up quickly so if your having a corporate party and need to feed your guests some great BBQ then give us a shout and let us “Put Some South In Your Mouth” as we like to say!

Well Thanksgiving is behind and probably by now we’re all getting tired of leftovers so you know what that means......time to order BBQ! We’re taking orders for those upcoming Christmas and New Years get togethers, even though they may be small his year!, but you could always do a drive thru or send to go boxes with your guests! Keep us in mind. We’d love to be able to help out. Also, we are now selling individual cheesecakes and we have 42 flavors to choose from. If you are a cheesecake lover or if you know of someone who is then this could be the answer to your sweet tooth! Give us a shout if interested and I can send you a list of our flavors.

Hey y’all! Southern Smoke is ready to serve up some delicious grub to anyone looking to host a holiday party in the next couple of months. Give us a holler if you’re looking to put the cooking off on somebody else so you can enjoy your time with family or friends. Also we have started selling cheesecakes so if you would like to give our homemade cheesecakes a shot then private message me and we can get one whipped up for ya for an anniversary, birthday, or anything to celebrate on a small scale. They’re lip smacking good!

Today Southern Smoke BBQ teamed with Southeast Christian Church to take food to healthcare workers at our local hospital. It was such a blessing to feed those who are working countless hours and spending many hours away from their families to help fight the fight against this virus. Thank you Ashley Parker and all of the staff at Baptist East Hospital in LaGrange, KY for all that you guys are doing!

Hope everyone is getting ready for BBQ season. It's that time of the year when we dust off the ole grill or smoker and get ready for the season. For me it's an all year event. Whether it be practicing in the off season to work on recipes for the upcoming competitions that I'll compete in the Kansas City Barbeque Society or doing some catering for the holidays, birthdays, or whatever the special occasion.
Southern Smoke BBQ Catering is here to "meat" all of your special occasions so give us a shout for any upcoming graduations, wedding rehearsals or receptions, retirement parties, fundraisers, or whatever the occasion. We can take care of all your needs. We're also getting ready to start radio advertising in June on Further Still Ministries radio program so if you're a subscriber to that radio ministry then listen for us and mention your heard us on there and we'll give you a 10% discount on your first order for 25 or more people.
