Big News - And a Little Tea. 🫖
After months of jumping through hoops, paperwork, meetings, and "revisions", the Town of Derry decided our building permit just wasn't going to happen because of parking.
Parking.
That's the hill they chose to die on. 🪦
So instead of fighting a town that seems allergic to growth, progress, and common sense, we made a better move. 🤡
So here’s the good part! ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Pembroke didn't play games.
They didn't bury us in nonsense. ⚰️
They didn't pretend parking spaces were a national crisis.
They welcomed us, our investment, our jobs, our future customers, and our community impact with open arms.
While Derry is busy saying "no," 🚫
Pembroke is saying "let's build." 🔨
We're already moving forward, construction is underway, and we'll be opening very soon. 👷♂️
We know a lot of you are crawling out of your skin waiting for updates and our opening date, so we will have some videos in the coming weeks of the build out of the space, teasers of menu items, and all of the eerie decor we are putting together for all of you! 🦇 💀
Some towns talk about supporting small business.
Others actually do it. 👻
