One final night. One unforgettable celebration.
On August 22, The Nikkei Encounter arrived at E41 Brickell for the final evening of our 6th Anniversary culinary journey — closing four incredible nights of food, wine and Nikkei storytelling.
Our deepest thanks to Host Chef Daniel Contreras and Guest Chef Tito Bravo for creating an extraordinary experience for our guests and bringing their talent, vision and shared Nikkei roots to every dish.
Thank you as well to our sommeliers, Gustavo Piteo and Lydia Martínez, whose carefully selected pairings created the perfect connection between the wines and each moment of the dinner.
And to every guest who joined us in Brickell — and throughout these four special nights — thank you for choosing E41 to celebrate with us. Your excitement, your reactions to every dish and the incredible comments you shared about the experience were the best way we could have celebrated six years of E41.
