Today's special is a ham & cheese hoagie with Cooper's American cheese, gouda and mayo on a toasted hoagie roll. Served with a side of chips for $11.99.

Tomorrow we made a different kind of pizza dough...New York style...so tomorrow's pizza will be made with a normal high-gluten bread flour and part skim mozz, not our "00" flour...just giving everyone the heads up! It's not a huge difference, but if you're gluten intolerant, you might want to sit this one out!

The Cooper's sharp burger was a huge hit, so we're running it today! Single smashed patty, haystack onions, boxcar sauce, served with a side of garlic parm fries for $12.99.

To celebrate, we are running our American burger w/fries today as our special. Single smashed patty, yellow American, lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion and a side of fries for $11.99. To get the special (with fries), it must be ordered from our Friday specials category if you're ordering online to take out.
