Hello, old friends! It’s Christina. I haven’t been able to access this page for a couple years, so this is a long overdue “HELLO and WE MISS YOU!” I was in the neighborhood the other day and was so sad to see the building that used to be our home still sitting there empty. What was once so full of life, laughter, and yummy food, is now…. quiet. 😭
Life update (if anyone cares 😂):
Life has taken us on many twists and turns and very unexpected paths since driving away from our little spot on 2nd street and seeing it in the rear view mirror for the last time. BUT, we love running into some of you out in the wild (the grocery store is as wild as it gets around here these days) and a couple of you have even helped support our family by purchasing a vehicle from Justin Abatie aka “Trustin’ Justin” at Mike Murphy Ford, Morton. THANK YOU!!! After 20 years in healthcare, I never expected this to be the job that puts such a big smile on his face and that’s all that matters in this short life. He makes some pretty funny videos, so follow along if you’d like to see more from this new adventure or if you need a new ride!
Would love to plan a meet-up at a local small business to catch up with our old pals sometime, too!
