Hey everyone just wanted to send out a couple of announcements.

The Eclipse Coffee website is now complete and coffee can be purchased. Right now there are three coffees available: Solar Flare, Eclipse Blend, and Total Eclipse. We are still working on getting the single origin where it needs to be, and we are still waiting on labels for the bags so for the time being the information on the bags will be hand written.

Our current roast schedule for orders will be Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. We will be shipping out orders 24-48 hours after they are roasted to ensure they are properly degassed so the coffee is at its peak flavor before arriving at your door.

Cannot “espresso” enough how excited we are to begin creating a quality product and sharing what we love most (well, besides family). Even our “Jr. Roaster” was excited to roast today!
