Anyway, I was watching Young Guns earlier this week and noticed a distinct lack of tomato in that film, so we had to make a tomato inception sandwich!

Ok Gang. Today was our busiest Sunday ever with only 4 dudes in a soup running the ship.

We are proud of how much we can handle as a small team but sometimes flex seal isn’t enough to hold it together.

We are taking tomorrow off to rest, recharge and re-up all the food you sold us out of this weekend.

Ok everyone. We are zonked, overworked and have been working for over a year with a skeleton crew of beauty kings & queens.

For our mental and physical health we are going to be closing at 4pm daily instead of 5pm. We need the time to catch back up on prep since you are so good to us and sell us out regularly…as well as get out and party moderately.

Thank you for exhausting us and the success you have brought to our doors, we really do appreciate our customers and will be back to murdelating ourselves with normal hours come Fall.

There is a shop in Williamsburg that had one of the best sandwiches ever that inspired the Chili Crisp Turkey.

It was on North 3rd so what better way to celebrate our birfmas than with an homage to this banger.
