Happy happy fall Friday!!! It is gorgeous outside! It’s too cold for me, but it’s still so pretty. I love the heat. Bring back summer!😭😂

Since fall is in the air, it’s that time of year when weekends are full of life and things to do! If there are events going on that I am unaware of, please post them in the comments below, so that others may know what they are as well!

Next weekend October 3rd, is the weekend that I have been so excited for! It is our Kids Mini Market!! We have partnered up with one of the areas coolest little places! The Makery!! Kids have been coming in telling me all of the things they have been working on to sell. These kids have poured their little hearts into this event and I can’t wait to see it in action!! I’m excited to see our community show up for these kiddos!! If you have questions or have a child that would like to set up, please message me for any questions! I will send out an email closer to time with all of the details.

Yesterday was our 3rd Bible Study of the new school year! We have been running an average of 60+ so far! That’s wonderful!! So far, kids have been really good! We have to work on the trash issue and the use of manners(they’re getting better), but otherwise, your kids have been great! Good job parents, grands and guardians!

One last thing. I just want to take a minute and say just how much I love my small town. My place of business. My customers. Just life here in general. It’s hard. So hard sometimes. But seeing people come in here to gather with friends, with their little ones, this being a monthly meet up spot, or a place of worship. I truly cannot express how much I love being here and how grateful I am for everything God has done to allow me to be here.
From the locals stopping in and grabbing their own coffee when they know we’re busy, or customers gathering around our kitchen island to chat. I just love being right here in my small little hometown. Thank you for loving us and allowing us to love on you!! We appreciate you!!🥹❤️

Good evening and happy Friday! I’ve been in the city most of the day today grabbing supplies so I wasn’t able to make a post this morning. But don’t forget about our September vendor event happening on the lawn tomorrow from 8 to 2! Stop by before heading to town and grab a coffee, meet up with friends on the porch, chat and shop with our vendors!

It’s going to be wonderful! I hope to see you up there! If you see a Lions club member or a volunteer make sure to thank them because they’ve put so much work into this event for all of us to enjoy!

Happy Monday!! We hope you had a terrific weekend! We are so excited for this upcoming weekend as well! Old Times Day is my absolute favorite time of year!!! I get to talk and talk and talk all weekend long!!😂

Along with Old Times Day, we will be having our September vendor event Saturday morning! On your way downtown, stop in and see us on the front lawn! Grabs coffee and carve donuts, shop then head downtown! We love meeting new people passing through and catching up with our community!

Last week was our first Bible study of the new school year. We had a total of 64 kids in attendance on the front lawn!! That’s wonderful for our first one! We had close to 100 coming through after school that day.😳The kids were so good and we didn’t have any issues at all! It can be very overwhelming at times, but my crew rocked it!! Thankful for these 3+1(Grey had already left for the day).

We are so glad that we can be their safe space before/after school. I love going out in the lobby and on the front porch and seeing everybody hanging out with their friends just having a good time. Whether these kids know it or not, they mean so much to me. I hope they continue to make memories that they’ll remember as they grow older, of hanging out at the Beanery.

One last thing, Please remember to park at the school on Thursday! We do not want parents in our main parking lot if we can help it. If you’re in our parking lot, you’ll be asked to move.

Happy Thursday!!! It’s our first teen Bible study of the new school year, and that’s all I’ve heard about from students this week!! We’re so excited to see their little mugs!

Please remember to PARK AT THE HIGH SCHOOL not in our parking lot! It’s way too much to have cars parked here while customers are still coming in and kids are going in and out. I will walk them over to you. Your babies will not melt in the rain. I promise!😁

Bible study is from 3-3:30. Please don’t forget to pick up your kiddos!!

Happy Saturday!!! I hope everyone has had a wonderful week!! I’m not sure how we got to September so fast, but here we are. 🍂🍁

✝️Starting next Thursday, our afterschool Children’s Bible Study will be back in full swing!! We’re so excited to see the OG kids as well as the new 6th graders!! If your child is brining money, I encourage parents to purchase a gift card for their kids and make them responsible for it. We’re all the time finding money on the floor, in the yard, credit cards being found etc. If you get a gift card and load, maybe 20 bucks on it, we will put their name on the card that way if a card is lost we know exactly who it belongs to. It also saves you 3.5% when your kiddo comes up to the register 15 times to purchase things in one afternoon.😂

Gooood afternoon!!! It’s been a hot minute since I’ve made a post!! Back to school has been hard on everyone!! INCLUDING the baristas!😂 Being back to full hours has taken some adjusting. BUT we’re so glad to see everyone again and getting back into a routine!

Some upcoming events for the QB!
Coming up soon will be our Sept vendor event. It will be the Saturday of Old Timers Day from 8-2p. There will be no fee for this event. Looking for antiques as well! No leftover yard sale items please!

We are pumped to partner with The Makery on the coolest event to come!! Our Kids Mini Market where the kids are the vendors! We ENCOURAGE them to do as much as possible on their own with the help of parents/adults. We want their booth to have a business name and a little backstory to go with their business. There will be a $10 setup fee as well as them supplying their own tent and table. We want them to see what it’s like to run their own little business. I am not worried about having doubles of items because there will be plenty of family, friends and community to help support each of our talented kids.❤️

When your child registers(or when you help register your child), I would like pictures added of what is being made and/or brought. The ages for the market will be 5-18. If your student wants to share a tent with a friend, that will be allowed as well but there will still be a fee from each vendor. So if you have 3 vendors under one tent, that will be $30($10 each). That’s just business, kids!😉 I will drop the link below.

I also just want to take a quick minute to thank EVERYONE for the AC Chambers Best of the Best nominations! They are so wonderful for our county with all of their awesome events and ideas. We were nominated for Top 3 finalists, but unfortunately we had to decline.😩I don’t want anyone to think their time and nominations went unnoticed because it 100% did not. We have the absolute BEST customers in the land hands down, no matter what and we appreciate you so much more than you will ever know!❤️

It’s back to school eve! Tomorrow is not only the first day of school, but back to our normal long hours.🥴 I have enjoyed my short work days and long summer nights. I am however, excited to see the kids and hear how their summer was.
