What a bitter sweet day. Our last night at Irma’s Tacos. Thank you again to the entire community of pearsall for all the continued support throughout the years but most of all thank you mom, thank you for laying the foundation & instilling your greatness in all of us! Thank you mom for all of our memories & for all the lessons taught. We grew up at the taco stand!! This was definitely one hell of a 33 year ride, Thank you all.

This is extremely heartbreaking but after 33 years it is with great sadness to announce that Irma’s tacos will be officially closing 04/25/24. This choice was completely out of our hands & we did not give up but we could not avoid this outcome. We believe that god has other plans for us. On behalf of all of us at Irma’s Tacos, we would like to thank all of our loyal customers for your business & support throughout all these wonderful years. Our mother’s legacy will forever live on!!!
