Part 1

This was a super fun video photography episode we did with “Les Fiery Guy ” 😂😂😂

This one is just a little quick intro summary of my culinary background.

Many of you all know my background, but to the many new friends made along the way throughout the years may not.
And talking about our 2026 event. Our 5th year milestone!!

It has taken me a while to edit out A BUNCH OF BLOOPERS!!!!

Dreams start to take shape.

Opening Boiling Dragon at the beginning of Covid during lock-down was something else I tell you what.

My long time childhood friend J Muzacz drove down from Austin during the lockdown with a “essential workers pass” to knock out this BAD A$$ MURAL!!!

All done in 1 weekend!!!
Friday night sketches out the walls
Saturday all colors on
Sunday black color on for the details and left to go back to Austin by 3pm!
Impressive is an understatement!!!

He Co-founded The Mosaic Workshop an East Austin creative hub offering hands-on mosaic classes

He is one of the founders for

He had a couple murals done on the electric boxes around Houston years back with a city of Houston project. And works with the city of Austin with a lot of project out there as well

He published a book called Japan 365.
With a ballpoint pin and a notepad, he drew as an outsider the inspiration he saw everyday in Japan of the Japanese people before, during, and after the tsunami that hit Japan back in 2011.

Just recently he was featured in a mosaic art exhibition and gallery show the city of Austin put together. Each piece at the show was prices at 4k each!

J has soo many more accomplishments that will make this post way too long.

But I’ll tell you this. Growing up we used to call him “The Crazy White Boy” during summer in high school he would travel to Europe in the country side with only $100 and go door to door asking for work for room and board. He did that 2 summers in a row. They call that backpacking, I call that NOPE!

Now he is an establishment artist in the community and all over tx and pretty well known world wide, having lived in Japan, Australia, Egypt, and teaching English in South Korea.

Im super proud of him and all his accomplishments!
So know this Pearlanders, we have one of his biggest and most bada$$ projects right here in Pearland!!

Last Wednesday we sold out 5+ cases of chicken wings by around 6:30pm

People are waiting for our wings!

We do sincerely apologize for the wait, but everything we serve is cooked to order.
And our jumbo chicken wings are a 15 minute cook time.
Please keep in mind and understand that is 15 minutes of cook time when we get to your order and that’s after we finish any orders before yours.

Then we have to sauce and toss it, box and bag it. So 20 minutes an order.

And again if we have orders ahead of you, the wait will be more.

We TRULY APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT AND PATIENCE !!!

With 17 participating restaurants this year!! We had 18 but I’m sure a lot of you have heard the news of the now shuttered Good Vibes Coastal Kitchen.
Very unfortunate, as a business owner it truly hurts when I see a restaurant close down. Even if they are a competitor around me.
The owners are still people that poured their saving into a dream!
So this year especially Pearland restaurant weeks is call for some excitement!
