Our pizza dough is mixed by hand using unbleached, unbromated flour at 80% hydration and fermented for several days. The result is a crust that’s light, airy, crispy, and easy to digest. For our sauce, we use whole peeled tomatoes imported from Italy, and we make fresh mozzarella in-house daily to ensure optimal freshness and flavor.
Our starters are thoughtfully prepared to showcase our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and timeless flavor. Our mozzarella sticks are crafted in-house using the same fresh mozzarella we make daily. Our fries are hand-cut, cooked in three stages, and never frozen. And our wings are always made fresh, then fried in beef tallow until perfectly crispy.
Our sandwiches are built on bread that is baked fresh to order in-house, ensuring a warm, crisp exterior and tender interior with every bite.
Save room for dessert! For a sweet finish, we offer our house-made brown butter chocolate chip cookies—rich, decadent, and baked to perfection. For something extra indulgent, enjoy them warm as the foundation of our ice cream sandwich, a comforting and elevated take on a classic treat.
