We’re the family behind Jon G’s Barbecue.
What started in 2016 with a tent, a smoker and a whole lot of faith has grown into something we never could’ve fully imagined. But even as Jon G’s has grown, at the heart of it, we’re still a small, family-owned business raising our kids and doing our best to take care of the people who take care of us.
And these days, when we say there’s a family behind Jon G’s, we mean more than just the four of us. There’s an incredible staff beside us, many of them raising families of their own. Behind every Saturday service, food truck stop and catering event are real people, real families and a lot of hard work that makes all of this possible.
One of the very best parts of what we get to do is meeting you- hearing your stories, seeing familiar faces come back week after week and watching so many of you become part of the Jon G’s family over the years.
There are a lot more moving pieces behind this little barbecue business than there were in 2016, but there are still families behind it all. That’s something we never want to lose sight of.
Whether you’ve been standing in line with us since the tent days or you just found us last week, thank you for supporting a small business, our family and the families who help us keep it going. We’re really glad you’re here. 🤍
