☀️ It’s coffee picking season en la Finca Perijá, Colombia! 🇨🇴
We’re so excited to share some fresh updates from Rock Top Coffee:

1️⃣ The 2025–2026 coffee season is in full swing for the Rodríguez family back on the farm. 🌱
2️⃣ We just received the final 4,800 lbs of green coffee from the 2024–2025 harvest at our warehouse in Payson, AZ! 📦
3️⃣ Big news — we’ve moved into our new roasting space inside a hangar on Airport Road! ✈️🔥
4️⃣ We’ve officially moved out of Main Street — it was great while it lasted, but we needed more storage and a certified commercial space to keep growing.
5️⃣ Fun fact: Payson imports over 15,000 lbs of green coffee each year! Most is enjoyed locally while hundreds of pounds of roasted coffee are shipped out weekly. ☕📬
6️⃣ We’re in need of cardboard boxes! 📦 Bring us clean, sturdy boxes (min. 12x12x12) and get an ounce of coffee per cubic foot in exchange. Help make Rock Top Coffee Payson’s first coffee-powered recycling service! ♻️
7️⃣ And finally — we now offer Cold Brew & Nitro Cold Brew catering for events around town. 🧊☕ Book us for your next gathering!

Which roast or blend is your favorite??

Over the past year we’ve roasted thousands of pounds of coffee but none more than our medium roast single origin Colombian. We called it Perija, named after the mountains of our home region. It’s my daily favorite, so smooth like caramel with hints of chocolate. It’s hand picked, high elevation grown, and sourced from our family, it doesn’t get any more sustainable than that! We wanted to cater to more of our great clients so we are now roasting this great coffee in light, medium, and dark! Look close and you can see the roast level stamp!
