Hey guys! ❤️ I’ve been a little MIA lately, and I wanted to take a minute to update everyone!

I’ve recently gone back to working full-time, made some life changes, and have been trying to find a better balance between work, family, and my baking business. As much as I love creating all the sweet treats for you guys, I’ve had to make some changes to my regular offerings so I can continue growing my business while also making sure I have enough time for my life and, most importantly, my family. 🥰

Going forward, our regular menu will be a little smaller and will focus on:

🍰 Cake Pops
🍫 Rice Krispy Treats
🥨 Chocolate-Covered Pretzels
🍩 Baked Donuts

Unfortunately, cupcakes, cakes, and cookies will no longer be regular menu items. That doesn’t mean they’re gone forever! Depending on my availability, I may still be able to take special orders for them, so if you have an event or occasion coming up, please reach out well in advance and I’ll do my best to accommodate you!

Thank you all so much for continuing to support my little business and for understanding that I’m a busy mom who is baking on the side. ❤️ Every order, share, recommendation, and kind word means more to me than you know!

Hi everyone! Dakota here — owner, baker, operator, and full-time mom and wife behind Momma Metcalf’s Custom Cakes. 💛

I know it can feel a little frustrating or inconvenient to place your orders through our website instead of just sending a quick message, but using the website truly helps keep everything running smoothly.

Submitting orders through the site keeps our scheduling and invoicing clean, organized, and safely in my calendar. As someone who works a full-time job, bakes on the side, and juggles being a mom, having a reliable system is the only way I can make sure every order is accounted for and nothing gets missed.

I’m ALWAYS happy to chat, answer questions, or get extra details through messages — and sometimes I may need to ask you questions too! But the final order still needs to be placed through the website to keep everything on track.
