Rasoi, Hindi for kitchen, is the fruition of a dream by chef Sanjiv Dhar and his team to balance healthy food, personalized service, and Indian culture. The Rasoi idea is associated with a family kitchen where you are treated as a guest. Rasoi is an 85-seat restaurant and bar, designed to give all patrons an unobstructed view of the open kitchen. The menu is refined, traditional, and creative and features diverse cooking style techniques from different regions of India. Located at Blackstone Place in Pawtucket, the restaurant offers plenty of parking and easy access from Interstate 95. We feature creative dining, a full bar, take-out service, and complete catering services.

Around here, a new special means a few extra spoons in the kitchen. Taste, adjust the seasoning, then taste again. A little more tang? Enough crunch? Those small decisions happen before the new specials go live.

Sweater weather deserves a little spice. πŸ‚

We’ve been having some fun with our specials at Rasoi in Pawtucket, and this is how we’d spend a cool fall afternoon: a cup of chai, a little catching up, and something different to dig into.

Our Sweet Potato Chaat brings fire-roasted sweet potato, tangy tamarind and fennel chutney, crisp vermicelli, and pops of pomegranate.

Our Berry Bhel Puri mixes fresh berries and apple with puffed rice, crisp noodles, and spicy tamarind chutney. Both are vegan, and neither is shy on flavor.

If you love Indian food but tend to order the same favorites, here’s a delicious reason to explore a little. We’ll put the chai on. β˜•

These berries have a spicy side. 🫐 You know when you’re hungry for something different, but nothing comes to mind? This might be it.

Our Berry Bhel Puri brings fresh berries and apple together with puffed rice, crisp noodles and spicy tamarind chutney. Sweet, tangy, crunchy… with a little heat to keep things interesting.

Completely vegan and part of our new Chai & Chaat specials menu at Rasoi in Pawtucket, just outside Providence.

Add a cup of house-made chai, take a little afternoon break, and try something you wouldn’t make at home.

Garlic Naan brings the savory flavor you were already looking forward to. Honey Ginger Naan takes things in another direction: a little sweetness, a little ginger, and suddenly everyone wants a piece.

At Rasoi in Pawtucket, our naan is made fresh to order, fresh Indian breads worth tearing into together, passing around, and enjoying with your curry.
