You slapped us in the face.
We learned a lot and got familiar with our new systems and surroundings.
We had issues with our 40 year old oven keeping up with the pace of the pies going in and out.
So today we will be closed to tweak her, change a few parts, and get her running up to her best potential…see yas Tuesday at 11am!
