🥩 Before it becomes one of our Italian Beef sandwiches, it looks like this.

Whole cuts of beef, seasoned and cooked in-house, low and slow until they're packed with flavor and fall-apart tender. It's not the fastest way to do it, but it's the way we've always believed it should be done.

The result? An Italian Beef sandwich that's messy, delicious, and worth every napkin.
