Seraphina is competing at Old Salem Farm today, so Steve's Country Kitchen will not be at Bedford Hills Farmer's Market this week. We hope everyone has a beautiful, sun-filled weekend!!

Steve is heading out to Chappaqua Farmers' Market and I am about to leave for Bedford Hills.

Roasted tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, onions and garlic, blended with freshly squeezed lime juice, cumin and a pinch of salt. Come visit us as the Bedford Hills Farmers' Market tomorrow (Thursday 4-7:30pm) and try some of our delicious tomato salsa.

Our tahini-free hummus selection is made with organic ingredients, packed with flavor and the perfect addition to any meal. Our olive tapenade - a blend of kalamata olives, capers and garlic - is an olivey, salty, delicious spread, great as a base for wraps, mixed into pasta or slathered onto a cracker or slice of great artisan bread.

We are at Bedford Hills Train Station this afternoon, 4:00pm - 7:30pm, Chappaqua and New Fairfield on Saturday (8:30am - 1:00pm) and the Hudson Valley Regional Farmers Market on Sunday (10am - 2:00pm).

We will be at the Farm Market at Bedford Hills (right inside Bedford Hills train station) from 4 until 7:30 this evening. We will have, on our menu: a variety of quiches, quinoa, cranberry and cilantro salad, thai salad made with organic baby kale, edamame and cashews, pineapple salsa, tomato salsa, cilantro hummus, garlic hummus, gazpacho, curry carrot soup with coconut milk and vegetarian chili. We are back at the Bedford Hills Train Station this afternoon - 4:00 - 7:30pm!! Gluten Free Mac and Cheese and Quiche have been added to our menu.

We are unable to make it to any of the Markets this weekend. Very, very sadly, there has been a death in the family of someone who is close enough to be family, and Steve will be going to Virginia. We will be at John Jay next Saturday and Brewster on Sunday. Have a wonderful weekend, enjoy next week and we will hope to see you on either June 25th or 26th.
