If anyone has pennies you are looking to get rid of we will buy them from you. We are struggling to get them from the bank and on close to having to turn to penny rounding for cash transactions.

There was a little boy in here today in a blue shirt between 9am-10am on Saturday Aug 29 and he rode the horse when they came in and again before they left. When he went to ride the horse before they left, he reached into his pocket to get his quarter out and appears to have lost some money he had in his pocket. We would love to get it back to him. If you follow us or see this, please reach out. We have it on camera and we have the money so if you can let us know relatively where you were sitting and how much was lost so we can get it back to him. If not local we can mail it. Help us spread the word and thank you to the great customer that found it on the ground and turned it in to our cashier.

We wanted to give a quick update about an upcoming day we are closed that may be a little unusual. On Tues Sept 1 we will be closed.
For those that have gotten to know our daughter Tori who has worked for us part time for the last few years she has officially graduated nursing college with Ohio University. To celebrate all of us are taking her on a short family trip so 4 of us that normally work will be missing in action why we enjoy celebrating her accomplishment. Tyler will be flying back Wed Sept 2 morning to cover the afternoon so we will operate normal hours that day.

We are proud of Tori’s accomplishments and hard work and we are going to miss her help at the restaurant but healthcare needs her more than we do so we will suffer through. Thanks again for those of you who continue to support us and we know whenever we close we disappoint a lot of regulars but we also know even with that you all understand where we place our values and why we do it. Thanks again and join us in congratulating Tori.

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable person to add to our back of the house grill team. Not going to lie it is hot in the summer and busy, but you get holidays off and no late nights as we close at 8pm 4 days and 2pm the other 2 days (closed on Mondays). We pay well for hard work and dependability and give a paid week off over New Years. If this is you or somebody you know come in a speak with us next week. We will give you an interview on the spot Tuesday 8am - 1:30 pm and Wed-Fri from 2pm - 5pm.

We will see you during normal business hours on Tuesday. As a reminder, our next scheduled holiday closures will be July 4th and 5th.

Quick update for Thursday June 4, 2026. We will not be opening that day until 11:30am due to getting new coke tower install on our front line and make the process as quick as possible. With that when we do open, we will be limited to coffee, tea, water and lemonade to start. We will not have any fountain sodas until most likely after 1pm when they are all finished. We will be expanding our offerings with this install to include Coke Zero, Fanta Orange, and Mountain Blast Powerade.
Thank you for your understanding while closing is not an ideal situation the system we currently have is 20 years old and needs to be updated and we have to take slots that are available.
