As we say goodbye, we would like to take a moment to bring awareness to cancer patients and survivors. When you are diagnosed with cancer your faced with fighting for your life, educating yourself on the best treatments while still balancing family and the burden of financially making it through.

Sabeswings is a local charity who makes a positive difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families.

Thank you Paso Robles, it has been an honor to have been a part of Thomas Hill Organics. From the moment we stepped onto the patio, we fell in love with the charm and the history of the restaurant. As chefs, engaging with guests and being hands-on was our passion. We're grateful for the friendships formed with local wineries and peers.

Three and a half years ago, we took over THO with our three children by our side. Less than two weeks later, Michael was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. It was devastating news but we were determined not to let it stop us from our goals. Then, in early 2025, we received news that his cancer returned, and with it, more chemotherapy and delayed surgery due to complications.

In addition to health concerns, economic uncertainty has increased our difficulties. Running a small business, especially in hospitality, is tough during these hard times.

We've made the hard decision to close our doors and prioritize health and family.
