For this weekend’s Paso Harvest Month Dinner at Sabor & Sazón, Chef Jorge’s house-made pappardelle takes center stage in our three-course menu.

Our second course features tender, three-hour-braised venison tossed with Chef Jorge’s fresh pappardelle in a rich tomato ragù, finished with fresh herbs. Paired with Dilecta’s 2019 Guterra, a blend of 90% Carignan and 10% Syrah, it’s a thoughtful combination of comforting fall flavors and Paso Robles w**es.

The three-course menu begins with a Heirloom Tomato & Citrus Salad paired with Dilecta’s 2025 Dowitcher Roussanne and finishes with spiced pear and vanilla ice cream.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our First Harvest Menu last weekend!

We are putting the finishing touches on our second three-course harvest dinner menu that will be available in the restaurant October 8 - 10th. Once again we will offer w**e pairings with Dilecta w**es.

And for those who do not drink alcohol, you can enjoy a glass of Dilecta's "Significant Other" -- a Sparkling Rosé with the alcohol removed!

Every Thursday-Saturday we will have a special pre fixe menu for Harvest W**e Month.
