Leo Leo Gelato The land of milk & honey, we craft decadent gelato & sorbet from wholehearted, local ingredients. A LOT OF THEM.

Whether it’s the milk from cows in Cal Poly or the honey from San Miguel just up the road, our ingredients come from here in our backyard. We go to Santa Maria for strawberries, and then circle back to San Miguel for lavender. We believe the world’s best ingredients are worth making a few extra pit stops for, and with over 250 different crops that call Central California home, we’re used to making detours. Whoever said “Don’t sweat the small stuff” had it all wrong because, well, we always sweat the small stuff.

Hose #6 decided it had also worked enough of my back-to-back 94-hour weeks. 😂

Turns out making gelato is occasionally less Italian craftsmanship and more pressure-washing the floor with gelato mix.

Thank you, Paso Robles! ❤️🍨

September 20th marked our last day at the Paso Market Walk — the home of our very first retail scoop shop and a place that became a big part of our family’s story, too. We welcomed Lorenzo while we were here, and years later, little Jack became a familiar face around the shop as well.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who stopped in for a scoop and supported Leo Leo along the way.

And this isn’t goodbye to the Market Walk — Gravesend Wine Merchant & Eatery by Saint K will soon be scooping Leo Leo from their dipping cabinet! 🍨

As for us, we’re excited for the next chapter and a new home. More to come soon. ❤️
