To our valued customers,

A new chapter is beginning at VC147 and we want you to be the first to know! We’re shifting our focus to offer private events, winemaker dinners, and hands-on pizza-making classes—bringing you more unique and personalized dining experiences. While we will not be open for regular dining service anymore, this will allow us to expand private group events to now include Fridays and Saturdays.

We want to thank each and every one of you for your support, memories, and shared meals. We can’t wait to continue serving you in this new way! Stay tuned for updates on how you can book private events or join our upcoming experiences.

Our dough is made fresh daily with a 28-hour fermentation. We exclusively use imported ‘00’ Caputo flour and all of our ingredients are either imported from Italy or sourced fresh locally!
