We were asked to create a cart. Here’s how it turned out. It has a 48” griddle, single steam well, 36” prep table, 7 gallon fresh water tank, 10 gallon grey water tank with 2.5 gallon hot water heater. Everything is designed to stay enclosed. All frame and structure of the trailer is steel, and fully customizable. This cart will last a long time! Let us know if you want one. This would be great for events, or even tailgating or camping.
