Brick Fence Project Status Update – December 10, 2025

We are pleased to report that, after two months of review, the City has officially approved the permit for the brick fence project, authorizing construction to proceed.

However, current weather conditions are not conducive to proper concrete curing. Low temperatures increase the risk of cracking in the fence’s concrete footings. To ensure the quality, durability, and long-term integrity of the construction, we have decided to postpone the start of construction until March 2026, when temperatures are expected to be more suitable for concrete curing.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we take these necessary steps to ensure a successful project.
