Meet Chef Jessie 👨‍🍳

Chef Jessie is the Head Chef and owner of The Bradley by Chef Jessie alongside his wife. Together, they also own Ciao Trattoria in Pasco, bringing their passion for great food and hospitality to the Tri-Cities.

With a background and training in French cuisine, Chef Jessie brings classic French technique into the kitchen while adding his own creativity and style to every dish. His approach comes through in thoughtful, elevated food and carefully crafted menus.

Now, Chef Jessie is bringing his experience with w**emaker dinners to The Bradley by Chef Jessie for the first time. With many successful w**emaker dinners already under his belt at Ciao Trattoria, this evening marks an exciting first for the Richland restaurant.

We have some incredible news to share: Ciao Trattoria has been voted Gold for Tri-Cities Best Italian Restaurant! 🏆🇮🇹

What makes this especially meaningful is that we didn’t nominate ourselves, and we didn’t run a campaign asking for votes. In fact, we had no idea this was coming.
