Ferrazzani's Pasta & Market Modern Italian market and pasta shop. Pasta by Semolina Artisanal Pasta.

Semolina Artisanal Pastas are made in Los Angeles using the finest organic Durum Semolina grown in the Western United States. Following traditional Italian methods, each cut is extruded through bronze dies to create a slightly rough exterior that's perfect for holding sauces. Our pastas are then dried slowly at low temperatures to preserve the full flavor of the wheat and to ensure the perfect al dente texture when they're cooked.

We had a delicious dinner at doto . on Sunday complete with the new Crab Campanelle made with Ferrazzani’s pasta. This little gem of a restaurant is a find, with good food, warm service and an excellent wine list. (The Aligoté on the list right now was stellar with the pasta.)

This was the shop back at the end of 2017/early 2018 when we were still Semolina (and the pasta was still packed in bags)!

The pantry section was so small, but it still included some of my favorite things: Bianco DiNapoli, Jacobsen Salt Co., Grist & Toll and Mt. Washington Pottery

Breaks at Lincoln were always the best: the pastries, the salads. Way too much coffee. But I most looked forward to moments with Christine. She heaped wisdom upon me regularly.

New shop update: framing and plumbing are underway at 2082! Coyote Co and the team are hard at work trying to get everything built out for us. We’ve got a temp kitchen lined up for the end of September so we can keep operating and feeding you after we have to be out of that half of our space, and we’ll be putting a bunch of stuff in storage. Lots of moving parts and actual moving! We can’t wait for the new space to be open. In the meantime, please keep coming by. It fills my soul to get to care for you all, and to feel your love and support.
