🇸🇻 WHERE DO PUPUSAS COME FROM?
✨ PRE-HISPANIC ORIGINS ✨
Pupusas are one of the oldest traditional dishes in El Salvador, with indigenous roots dating back over 2,000 years.
The Pipil people were already making these delights with corn, filling them with beans, izote flowers, or loroco.

Just like how they look when they’re freshly made!
