KAPE TAYO Philippine COFFEE Houston TURNS 3! ✨Three Years of Coffee, Courage, Faith and a Mission to Give Back.☕️
Three years ago, Kape Tayo Philippine Coffee in Houston, First Filipino Coffeeshop in Texas began with a Vision and a dream, a dream to bring the rich flavors of Philippine coffee to America, to share a taste of home with our fellow Filipinos, to introduce the world to the beauty of our coffee heritage, and to create something bigger than ourselves.
This week as we celebrate our 3rd Year Founding Anniversary, our hearts are filled with so much gratitude. Not because the journey has been easy, but because despite everything we have been through, KAPE TAYO is still here, standing on faith, fueled by passion and driven by purpose.
Behind every cup of Kape Tayo coffee is a story that not everyone sees.
There have been beautiful moments filled with laughter, milestones and overwhelming support. But there have also been difficult days, unexpected challenges, financial sacrifices, disappointments and moments when we had to gather our strength and ask God for the courage to keep going.
There were days when the dream felt heavy, when the road ahead was uncertain, and when starting over seemed easier said than done.
But through it all, we held on to our WHY.
Kape Tayo was never just about selling coffee. It has always been about sharing our culture, honoring our roots, supporting our Filipino coffee farmers and creating opportunities to give back to the community.
From the beautiful coffee-growing regions of the Philippines to the heart of Houston, Texas, we carry with us the hard work of our farmers, the warmth of Filipino hospitality and the spirit of a people who know how to rise despite adversity.
We are proud to be part of the movement bringing Philippine coffee to the world, one coffee shop, one cup and one story at a time.
To our beloved patrons who have walked through our doors, ordered our coffee, shared a conversation with us and made Kape Tayo part of your day THANK YOU SO MUCH.
To everyone who has purchased from us, shared our posts, recommended us to friends, featured us, encouraged us, prayed for us, and believed in our vision even when things were not easy you are part of our story and we will never take your support for granted. ❤️
To our family, friends, fellow entrepreneurs, Filipino community and everyone who has stood beside us through the highs and lows, thank you for reminding us that we are never alone in this journey.

Thank You for the dream, for the opportunities, for the people You have sent our way, for the lessons learned through hardship and for the strength to continue when the journey became difficult. We may not have everything figured out. We may have faced setbacks that forced us to pause, reflect and find our way forward. But we believe that every closed door teaches us something, every challenge builds our character and every season has a purpose.
Three years later, our greatest achievement is not simply how far we have come, but how much we have learned, how many people we have touched and how deeply we continue to believe in the mission that started it all.
As we enter another year we look forward with renewed hope, stronger faith and a heart that remains committed to serving, giving back, uplifting others and Opening our Doors Again Soon!🙏
