Our 10 oz Signature Crying Tiger starts with premium short rib, slow-cooked sous vide for 3 days with fragrant Thai herbs until incredibly tender. Finished over the grill for a smoky char and served with sticky rice and our bold, spicy jaew dipping sauce.
