Thaim.pasadena Thai + I'm ไทยในแบบที่เราเป็น
This is Thai, the way I'm. Old Bangkok on a plate. Thai street classics

09/30/2026

One of the Thai street food favorites — sweet corn tossed with fresh herbs, red onion, Thai chili, lime, and our savory-salty salted egg yolk.

Sweet. Tangy. Spicy. Creamy. A little messy, a lot addictive. 🇹🇭

Thai street food, the way we are. Come grab a bowl at THAIM. 💚🩷

Curry Time at THAIM. 💚🍛

Our Green Curry is inspired by Thailand’s everyday ข้าวแกง (Khao Gaeng)—the kind of curry you find at neighborhood street stalls, spooned over hot rice and made to feel like home.

Rich, aromatic, comforting, and full of that Mom’s signature touch. 🇹🇭

Everyday curry. Mom’s recipe. THAIM’s way.

🔥 10 OZ. CRYING TIGER 🐅

24+ hours of slow sous-vide magic. Then kissed by the grill until the outside is deeply charred, smoky, and irresistible—while every bite stays impossibly tender and juicy.

Sliced short rib over black sticky rice, surrounded by fresh farmer vegetables and a handful of Thai herbs that bring brightness, fragrance, heat, and that little something you can’t stop going back for.

Dip it in our bold, tangy Jaew sauce…
smoky. spicy. herbal. juicy. addictive.

Every bite will make you cry. 🐅🔥

PAD THAI BORAN — the taste of Old Bangkok, now landed in Old Pasadena. 🇹🇭✨

Our Pad Thai Boran is street food with a little more soul—stir-fried with that perfect balance of savory, tangy tamarind, and just the right touch of sweetness, then topped with our marinated herb-grilled chicken for another level of flavor.
Quality proteins. Authentic Thai flavors. A recipe inspired by the way Mom likes her Pad Thai—always. ❤️

From the streets of Old Bangkok to Thaim in Old Pasadena—this is our taste of home, served our way.

What’s cooking today? 👀🔥

YES… our Chef’s Special: Massaman Curry — made in a limited batch each day, because some dishes are too special to make all the time. ❤️

This one is personal.

Massaman Curry is a dish our chef always thinks of when she remembers her grandpa. Every time she went to his house as a child, this was the kind of food he would lovingly cook for her.

The tender braised chicken thigh, golden Yukon potatoes & onions, slowly simmered in fragrant Massaman curry… served with warm Roti bread to soak up every drop. 🍛🤤
It’s more than curry.

It’s a childhood memory. A taste of grandpa. A feeling of home.

A dish that traveled from a family kitchen, through generations, into the streets of Bangkok — and now finds its way to Old Pasadena.

From Grandpa’s kitchen ❤️
to the streets of Bangkok 🇹🇭
to your table at Thaim.

✨ Chef’s Special. Limited each day. Come early.
