Meatloaf Monday or is it Monday Meatloaf?

How about Sweet T's Famous Meatloaf with 2 sides today (Monday)?

Better yet, how about a Meatloaf experiment today in addition to Sweet T's Famous Meatloaf?

Early this morning (Monday) we hijacked a loaf of Sweet T's Famous Meatloaf and put it on a Smoker. If it stays together it will be better than or worse than Sweet T's Famous Meatloaf (on Monday). It is an experiment.

Should be ready about 11 this morning (Monday). You be the judge.

Chocolate Lasagna is in the works as well today (Monday).

Hope to see you soon. Don't wait until tomorrow (Tuesday) because we are closed on Tuesday's for sanity purposes.

Pork chops today.

Wow, that sounded real boring. Let's try again.

Smoked, Grilled, Thick-Cut, Fork-Tender, Pork Chops with our special Brie Cheese Sauce Drizzle served with Two sides including Ms. Patsy's Green Beans.

Thursday...

Wonder what Carrie and Abraham Nieman and Carrie's dad Herbert Marcus would think about Sweet T using a whole 2 Coot's Ranch Chicken then smoking it all day before putting it into Nieman Marcus Chicken Casserole?

Our guess is they would say something like "Wow, why didn't we think about that?". On the other hand, in 1907 we doubt 2 Coot's Ranch and Traeger Smokers were around to improve upon their creation.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin today with 2 Sides and Ms. Patsy's Pork Gravy

Special Sides include Sweet T's Pasta Salad and Brisket infused Pinto Beans

Yes, we know it is about time, ok, a Carrot Cake should be on the Dessert Aisle before lunch.

Thursday's Plan is Sweet T's version of Nieman Marcus Chicken and Friday we are looking forward to Thick-cut Smoked, Grilled Pork Chops with Brie sauce.
