- Alex's creation back in the day when he was in the kitchen with Sweet T's. Sweet T tried to recreate his goodness and rumor has it Alex may actually drop by today to see if she succeeded. You be the judge.

Chicken Tzatziki over Rice with Salad.

- Sweet T's homemade Cucumber Tzatziki sauce adorn Greek seasoned 2 Coot's Ranch Chicken. Served over rice with a small salad with Feta Cheese and even an olive. Oh, Pita bread as well.

Homemade Chicken Tzatziki over rice with a small Greek salad.

Super popular the first and last time Sweet T made this dish. This time she used 2 Coot's Ranch chicken breast, sliced and diced and marinated in Greek seasoning overnight. Fresh cucumbers, special sauce - you get the picture.

Greek Chocolate Cake on it's way to the Dessert Aisle.

Just one of our regular 4-layer Ghirardelli Chocolate Cakes but there is bound to be someone in Greece that eats chocolate cake. If they did, they would call it Greek Chocolate Cake.

Wonder if there is someone in Greece right now naming a Chocolate Cake "Tennessee Chocolate Cake" or "USA Chocolate Cake"?

Welcome to the Sweet T's Prediction Center where weekly, or occasionally, okay, sometimes we try to predict what Sweet T's is serving this week.

- Monday: We predict Sweet T's Meatloaf. This is fairly likely prediction because we just heard "Man, we ain't got enough peppers or onions". Then we heard the knife on a chopping block. Very likely chopping peppers and onions. Tater (aka Butter Bean) guess what we are out of to start your work week?

- Tuesday: Our employees asked for the day off so we decided to be closed this Tuesday. Ya'll enjoy the day off mowing grass and eating elsewhere.

- TzWednesday: TzChicken tzwith Tzatziki tzsauce. Tzsorry tzif tzour TzGreek tzis tzoverwelming.

- Thursday: Grilled, Smoked, Thick-Cut Pork Chops

- Friday: Sweet T's sort of famous Baked Spaghetti. Okay, real popular in this area. Does that make it famous or sort-of famous?

- Saturday: All of the above with limited quantities. If at all like last week, some will have very, very limited quantities.

We know lots of folks are playing prediction markets these days. Hmm, wonder if we started something?
