We stalled on ticket sales so we're going change gears a little!

We've lowered ticket prices to $25.00ea with a maximum amount of 160 sold.

Jessica Keene and I bought this rebuilt 283 shortblock last year when I started teaching. I thought that we'd need it as a project. However, we've been blessed with so many student projects that we simply dont have time or space for it. We'll donate every dollar made back to the students to be used toward their Viking Truck Project.

It's for the kids!

Tonight marked the start of our 6th season with Parsons Vikings Football. Way back in 2021 Lakkin Nash got us started by paying for the first team dinner. I believe that Jeff Schibi and Breah Schibi paid for the second, and we donated the third.

Since then we've had the opportunity to feed our team before nearly every home game. We've shared a bunch of food, laughs and even some frustrations. Jessica and I wouldn't change any of it.

Jessica Keene (with all 5 kids in tow) prepared and served the meal this evening. As always, our boys were polite, thankful and HUNGRY!

We will not be setup this Saturday at the SEK Antique bazaar and car show. We apologize to our loyal customers, as well as those that have worked hard to put on this event. Be sure to go see our friends at Happy Foods and Harolds Famous Chili!

Jessica Keene and Dylan D**e catered a wedding at Lodge 400 for 160 guest.

Maggie Green Keene came out of retirement to help me feed 175 guest at another wedding at Bluestem Manor near Tulsa!
