Prepping some balsamic glazed steak tips today. These are tenderized, cut, seasoned and marinated for atleast 24hrs before service!

An early father's day gift arrived today! I've been talking about installing an trompo/al pastor spit for a few years.

I'll need some practice with this piece of equipment before we have it available for the masses.

We're setup at T-Mobile in Parsons today! 11am-2pm! Tacos, street corn, quesabirria and burritos on the menu!

Alright music lovers here's the bad news...

Due to the weather forecast calling for possible severe storms in Parsons during the afternoon and evening, it has been decided to postponed tonight's schedule performance of the Wanda Watson Band.

Now the good news...

Wanda has generously agreed to reschedule her show, and will now perform along with Howard Mahan & Friends on Thursday, July 30th. These two artist's styles compliment each other perfectly, and it will only make that date more special.

Tonight's scheduled concessionaire, Outsider's Tacos & More will not be set up in the park, but they have let us know that they will be open for business tomorrow from 11:00 am to 2:00 p.m. at the corner near 22nd and Main Street.

This was a decision that was not made lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The safety and comfort of our patrons and performers is always a priority.
