Hi everyone! I wanted to share a little update about High Tide Pies.

Over the next few weeks, I'll be making some changes to what I'll be offering. My goal is to focus more on baked treats that I can have available on a regular basis, while still making everything from scratch.

That said, don't worry - Key Lime Pies and Peanut Butter Pies aren't going anywhere! They'll still be available, but they'll be by special order instead of being part of my regular offerings.

As I work on this next chapter, I'd love to hear from you! What kinds of treats would you like to see?

I'm thinking about things like:
🥧 Mini fruit pies
🍑 Fruit cobblers
🍪 Cookies
🍰 Whoopie pies

Are there certain flavors you'd love to see? Classic Southern favorites? Florida-inspired flavors? Something completely different?

I'll be posting a poll, but I'd also love to hear your ideas in the comments. Your feedback will help me decide what to add to the menu.

I'm out this evening meeting up with a lovely local customer for a whole key lime pie, and it reminded me that local pickup/meetups are always an option!

Yesterday I made a special order cheesecake for a 4th of July party. It had a homemade blueberry and strawberry jam swirled into them. The goal was to create a red, white and blue effect. In the end everything turned purple... but the taste was incredible 😜

Today we packed up a fresh batch of homemade Key Lime Pies for homeowners arriving to enjoy their vacation properties through Prime Vacations.
