Ooooo buddy last night was fun!! We had the entire group of firefighters that are stationed here in town come for dinner. Thankfully they called ahead haha.

We learned that they have a budget provided by the state for food outside of their catering. Due to that budget, even with the 20% discount, some of them weren't able to order the things they wanted. These guys were hungry and wanted some big fat platters of meat!!

If anyone is interested in donating, I would like to get a fund going here at the restaurant so these guys can order whatever they want! I'll start by throwing $100 in it. Anything that's left over by the end of this fire will get donated to our local fire department.

We can do cash, check, card, or venmo for any donations. Donations will be logged and public updates given to maintain transparency!

Alrighty everyone, I have officially decided to not reopen the Parowan restaurant. Im looking for someone interested in taking over the remainder of my lease, or signing their own with the landlord. Most of the equipment that is in there is mine, so we can work out a deal to purchase the equipment you want/need to make it a turnkey operation!

We had the pleasure of having Bekah on our staff this year! She always had a smile on her face and definitely brightened up the day when she walked into work! She has an amazing work ethic, as she was always busy doing something! Our hearts go out to her and her family and we hope for a speedy recovery, though we know it will be long.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!

At around 11:20am this morning we had an incident at the restaurant. While cooking some chicken for a catering we left our grill on high for too long. This caused our grease trap, located under the grill, to catch fire. Thankfully the fire was put out and contained to that one specific spot. No damage to the building, equipment, nore was anyone injured. We did call the fire department just for peace of mind and to make sure that everything and everyone truly was safe! They gave us the all clear and we are grateful for their help!

WE SOLD OUT!!!

Thank you to everyone that came out last night and sold us out of inventory!

That being said, we will obviously not be open today, and are officially closed for dine in service until winter!

We would like to thank everyone thats been supporting us and we look forward to seeing your faces at events we do or caterings you book with us. We will return this winter!
