Serving the Parma area for over 50 years, Doc's Shake Shoppe specializes in a variety of ice cream products including soft and hard-scoop ice cream, milk shakes, flurries, sundaes, floats, sodas, slushes, etc...

Company History

Doc's Shake Shoppe was originally opened in August of 1970 in a one room building converted from a barber shop. The founder, Dr. Leopoldo Magpoc envisioned the Shake Sh

oppe being a place where his children could work during their summer breaks. Dr. Magpoc's son Michael is the sole owner of Doc's and has been running the shop since 1980. If you go to Doc's today, you'll still find grandchildren of the doctor hard at work. Due to State Road construction, the original Doc's Shake Shoppe had to be knocked down. Luckily, Michael was able to move Doc's to a building in the back of the property which offers much more space and customer parking.
