🇺🇸 LABOR DAY WEEKEND 🇺🇸

After an incredible and very busy start at our new home, we have decided to close on Monday, September 7th for Labor Day so our amazing staff can have a well-deserved day to rest, relax, and spend time with their families.

These past few weeks have been nothing short of incredible. The support, patience, love, and encouragement you have shown us since opening our doors in Parma has meant more to us than we can ever put into words.

Thank you for understanding, thank you for your continued support, and most importantly, thank you for allowing our family and our team to take a day to breathe.

Thank you, Parma!

Thank you for welcoming us with such open arms and for making us feel so at home. We are truly grateful for every single person who has stood by us, supported us, believed in us, and continues to show up and come through our doors.

Your love and support mean more to us than you know. After everything we’ve been through, seeing familiar faces and meeting so many new ones has made this new chapter even more special.

We are so happy, so grateful, and truly blessed to have such amazing customers and a community standing beside us. ❤️

We also want to Thank Father Yianni Verginis that came from our church Greek Orthodox Church of The Annunciation who came and blessed our restaurant and said a special prayer for us ! 💙💙

Grateful and blessed are the words that best describe how we are all feeling after the amazing welcome we received this weekend!

From our old customers, new customers, family, and friends — without all of you, this weekend would not have been nearly as amazing! We are beyond thankful for every person who walked through our doors and supported us on this new adventure.

A special thank you to everyone who sent flowers, made phone calls, sent cards and texts, and wished us luck. You have all made this new chapter even more special, and we truly appreciate every single one of you!

And thank you to everyone who came in and was patient with us while we were running around, learning our new rhythm, and doing everything we could to make sure everyone was happy. We are so grateful for your understanding and support as we get settled in.

Moving Forward…

We will be CLOSED tomorrow so we can reset, regroup, and give our amazing staff a much-needed day of rest. They have worked incredibly hard, and we cannot thank them enough for everything they have done this weekend!

Here are our hours for the upcoming week:

Please remember, these are NOT our permanent hours! As we settle in, get into a routine, and see what works best for our customers and staff, we will be adjusting our hours.

Because of the overwhelming support from our amazing customers, our staff has to regroup and get ready for another amazing couple days for this week we will be that we’ll be operating the following hours:

🕕 Friday: 7AM – 4 PM
🕕 Saturday: 7AM – 4 PM
🕕 Sunday: 7AM – 3 PM

Our first day back and it’s been amazing !! Because of the incredible support we’ve received, we have decided that we have to close our doors. We Are SOLD out of EVERYTHING!!!! We are beyond grateful for everyone who has supported us, stood by us, and helped us along the way. ❤️

We will be open tomorrow at 6 am !

🎉 GRAND OPENING! THE TIME IS FINALLY HERE! 🎉

We are SO excited to announce that we are officially opening our doors this Wednesday August 26 from 6 AM–9 PM!

We can’t wait to welcome all of our amazing customers back and of course, meet all of our new customers! It has been a long road, and we truly couldn’t have made it here without all of your love, patience, and support.

We do ask everyone to please be a little patient with us over the next few weeks as we train our new team, settle into our new restaurant, and get everything running smoothly. We are excited to learn and grow together!

Thank you for showering us with SO much love and support throughout this entire journey. We are incredibly lucky to have such amazing people surrounding us. ❤️

Inspections have passed, and we are officially ready to open our doors! 🥳 We can’t wait to welcome everyone back and begin this new chapter.

Good morning! ☀️

As we wait for our final inspections to be completed and approved by the city, we wanted to let everyone know that we have a few more job openings available!

We are currently looking for a few line cooks and dishwashers. If you or someone you know is interested in joining our team, please reach out to Manny at 216-269-5172.

We know it seems like it’s been forever, and trust us, we feel the same way. We know everyone is anxious and ready for us to open, and we promise, we are just as anxious and excited as you are! At this point, though, we just have to be a little more patient. We are so close, and we want to make sure everything is done right and all the final inspections are passed before we open our doors. We’re getting closer and closer to opening, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back! Thank you for all of your continued support and patience!❤️

It's hard to put into words how grateful we are for all of your patience, support, and encouragement throughout this journey.
From the countless Facebook messages, phone calls, and visits to our new location asking, "When are you opening?"—please know that none of it has gone unnoticed. It reminds us every day how lucky we are to have such an incredible community standing behind us.

After months of planning , and overcoming obstacle after obstacle, we are now waiting for our final inspections to be completed and approved. As soon as we have the green light, we'll announce our opening date. Thank you for your patience, encouragement, and support—we're looking forward to seeing everyone very soon!

It's about welcoming back familiar faces who have supported us for so many years, creating new memories with new customers, and beginning an exciting new chapter together.

Thank you for believing in us, for checking in on us, and for never forgetting about us. Your loyalty, kindness, and patience have meant more than you'll ever know.
