Health Inspection — August 19, 2026
Inspection Type: Standard
The facility was reported as satisfactory at the time of inspection.
According to the inspection report:
✅ Employee illness policy in place
✅ Bodily fluid clean-up kit available
✅ Food safety training observed
✅ Allergen notification observed

📌 Why we share these:
Health inspection reports are public records. Our goal is to present the documented findings so people can read the information for themselves. An inspection report is a snapshot in time and does not, by itself, tell the entire story of an establishment.

Au Jus in Parma just had their Bi-annual health inspection. We received zero violations.

That’s now 6 in a row, with different inspectors, and zero violations. After just about 4 years of being open, the easiest part of running the business is keeping the place spotless, and following health code.

We’re available for online website ordering, Doordash, UberEats, and GrubHub.

You can also call in your order, or stop by.
