To all the patrons and good friends we made throughout the last 3 years at Cocina Borinqueña.
It is with a heart filled with mixed emotions that I announce the closing of Cocina Borinqueña PERMANENTLY. During the last few months of the year 2021, my husband and I found ourselves in a constant struggle to keep the doors to our business opened. During the Covid Pandemic, we did our very best to continue to bring you the best possible service we could. Unfortunately, due to the lack of help (staffing issues)and rising costs, the struggle became real, and it left us no choice but to make the decision to close. During the last 3 years, we have made many new and great friends. We are very grateful and hold you very dear in our hearts. Many were loyal and faithful customers. THANK YOU ALL!!!
It really was a pleasure and privilege to serve this community and get to know many of you. May God bless you and keep you all safe.

A todos nuestros clientes, y buenos amigos que durante los ultimos 3 años conocimos en Cocina Borinqueña.
Es con un corazón lleno de muchas emociones encontradas, que anunciamos el cierre permanente de Cocina Borinqueña. Durante los últimos meses del año 2021, nos vimos en una lucha constante para poder mantener las puertas de Cocina Borinqueña abiertas para ustedes.
Debido a falta de empleados, tuvimos que tomar una decisión muy difícil. Durante la pandemia del Covid 19, hicimos lo máximo para poder seguir sirviendole nuestros servicios, pero debido a la falta de ayuda, y la inesperada alta de costo de los alimentos, no nos quedó de otra, que cerrar y vender nuestro tan querido restaurant. Hicimos muchos nuevos amigos y los apreciamos mucho. Por eso y por mucho más, le estamos muy agradecidos, y le llevamos en nuestros corazónes. Muchas gracias a todos. Fue un real placer y privilegio el haberlos conocido, y servido.
