Hay Caramba is the family dining destination for home made Mexican fare in Park Ridge, Illinois. Owned and operated by the Saavedra family since 1991, Hay Caramba continues to satisfy its guests from all over the Chicago land area and beyond. Its warm and expansive dining room offers people a quality dining experience. If a more intimate setting is what you desire, try their bar area or outdoor patio, open year round (weather permitting). All dishes are home made using recipes that have been handed down through several generations of the Saavedra family. This is so ingrained in the restaurant that their original chef is still with them after 20 years!
