This weekend will be something special that you don't want to miss. It will feature premium ingredients that I brought back from Japan in two bowls.

Triple Threat Shoyu - Three soups combined Dashi (Rishiri Konbu /dried fish), chicken soup (pasture raised), pork (berkshire), w/ barrel aged shoyu from Tokyo. Topping real negi, berkshire belly chashu, 3 day menma.

Shoyu Supreme - Same bowl plus, shrimp wonton, pork wonton, rare black pig shoulder (slow cooked), duck breast chashu, chicken breast chashu, Ajitama (egg)
