Like many people, we love good shaved ice. In 2014, we found that the best shaved ice stands where we lived were PAINFULLY slow and relatively expensive. Their competition, while quicker, served course ice and poorly flavored syrups. After spending 3 decades in the restaurant business, we felt that there was a demand for HIGH QUALITY shaved ice served QUICKLY at a competitive price.
