To our valued customers;
For the past 2 years, it's been very stressful being a restaurant owner. Though our business has been good, we've had to absorb every bit of the high costs of all our products with only raising our prices twice in 2 years. We've been working over 15 hours a day for the last year because like most restaurants nowadays, we're short staffed. If you know anything about Denise and I, you know we put all our Love & Trust in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We been praying for God to guide us through each day and to help us with every aspect of running our restaurant the way he wants us to. A few days ago, our only morning employee took a much better job with Paris schools, as she should have...
So now it's just me and Denise again and we can't do that. We threw our hands in the air and started praying for guidance on what to do...
A hour later we get notified that our lease is about to expire and won't be renewed under the same contract. We instantly knew God was in control of this whole thing. So for now, we are going to shutdown, take some time off and see what the economy is going to do, plus Denise has a couple of minor surgeries to go through in the next few months and would have to be off anyway. We don't know what God has in store for us but whatever it is, we'll do it his way and his way only. I hope it's doing BBQ in some shape, form or fashion but we'll see. I have no doubt that our great customers will support us if it is. We've been apart of Paris for the past 7 years and love everybody & everything about it. We have served you the way we would want to be served and I hope you feel the same way. Thank you for supporting us like we were family... that's how we feel. We have some Caterings to do during the holidays so if you need anything please let us know. Please keep us in your prayers and you'll be in ours..
