A Huge Thank You! ❤️

I just want to take a moment to thank the Red Hat Ladies for all of their wonderful compliments about their server! They each personally pulled me aside to share how much they enjoyed their experience, and they even went the extra mile to call again once they got home just to thank us for such a wonderful time. That truly means so much! ❤️

And all the credit goes to Chelsea! Chelsea has been working at Old West for 9 years, and her dedication and hard work truly show. Thank you, Chelsea, for always taking such great care of our customers and representing Old West so well!

And to all of our amazing customers and wonderful groups who choose to dine with us—thank you! We truly appreciate your continued support and allowing us to be a part of your special gatherings. ❤️

Thank you, Red Hat Ladies, and thank you, Chelsea! 🥰

My heart breaks as I write this post. We have lost the most precious soul and heart of this restaurant. Hiawatha always had a smile on his face and was always in the best mood, no matter what was happening in his life. He was a positive person who always told me everything was going to be okay when I was stressing about business. He was my go-to person for hugs, reassurance, and positivity. I remember the first day I met him; it was during construction, and he came in looking for a job. Although we were not open, I knew I needed him. He did various tasks, such as staining wood and sweeping floors. When I say he has been here since the beginning, I mean it. So when you visit and want to remember him, just look around the restaurant because he is everywhere. We love you always, Hiawatha, and you will forever be missed and loved. Rest easy, my dear friend ❤️.
