✨ A chapter is ending… but an even more special one is beginning. ✨
What started as a tribute to my Dad, Steve, has truly become one of the biggest blessings of my life. ❤️
Steve’s Cookie Box gave me the opportunity to take Frosted by Maddie beyond the walls of our bakery and into so many new spaces, communities, and events. I am incredibly proud of everything this little cookie truck has become and the amazing customer base we’ve built along the way.
But this truck has always been so much more than just a trailer.
It was the very last thing my Dad and I did together before he unexpectedly passed away in July of 2023. Every mile, every event, every cookie, and every memory made this journey so incredibly special because it was all a tribute to him.
I truly believe my Dad would be SO proud of what Steve’s Cookie Box has become — and I know he would be just as excited as I am for what comes next. 🥹❤️
And what’s next is something even more special because I get to do it with my son, Theo. 🥰
Theo has always loved being at the bakery and being a part of “Mommy’s businesses.” He’s constantly asking questions, helping wherever he can, and soaking up every part of the business. He is already following right in his Mama’s footsteps, and I couldn’t be more proud.
So, we’re taking this next adventure together. ❤️

Theo is SO excited to have a little business of his own — and he has been incredibly hands-on every step of the way. He’s our official taste tester, marketer, idea man, and the ultimate final approval on all things Theo’s Good Burger. 😂
He is truly just like his Mama, and watching him fall in love with entrepreneurship has been one of the coolest things ever. 🥹❤️
This isn’t just a new food truck. It’s a new chapter, a new adventure, and a new legacy — while still carrying a little piece of where we started with us along the way.
I can’t wait for you all to follow along, support Theo, and see what we’ve been cooking up! 🍔🔥
