You know when someone offers you something a little different to eat, and you give them that look...ya, you know the one? Well, that is the inspiration behind Paris' new pop-up venture, Just Try It. Local ChefMark Holloway is excited to offer something a little different to the Paris area. Chef Mark comes from a family of great home cooks. Fifteen years ago, the Holloways used those talents to ope

n Main Street Café, where Chef Mark worked to hone his craft. He considers himself a “burger guy,” and he excels at the unusual and unorthodox food combinations. Chef Mark looks forward to introducing one of his most recent creations, a cinnamon roll burger, to Paris residents during the Just Try It event. Chef Mark draws his inspiration from his idols such as Michael Symon, Gordon Ramsey and Paul Wahlberg. Be sure to keep checking this page, because you never know where will happen next.
