That moment when your restaurant's "Bugaboo" customer gives you your 50th chance to get their food right, and you knock it outta the park....

That's really a thing. Every restaurant has a "Bugaboo" customer. Someone who loves what you do, and keeps coming back, and keeps getting their order screwed up for reasons not even the COSMOS can figure out.

No matter how hard to try to make sure their order goes out correct, it doesn't. SOMETHING, could be ANYTHING, goes wrong.

We nailed it this time though! THANKFULLY! Man, I wasn't doing ANYTHING but making sure that was made by me, perfectly.

You know who you are, and THANK YOUUUUUUUUUU for that 50th (maybe even 51st) chance!
