A huge thank you to Cash for firing up those amazing wood fired pizzas in the incredible heat on Saturday. You went above and beyond to make A Taste of Italy a true success!

We are so grateful for the hard-working crew of Cash’s Wood Fired Pizza and The Ruby Pear, and of course to all the amazing patrons who came out to support the event.

We will definitely do it again🍕🍐

We are thrilled to let you all know that Cash’s Wood Fired Pizza will appear Saturday, July 19th at The Ruby Pear (104 S. Brewer St., Paris TN) from 5-8pm. Jill has planned a special evening she calls “A Taste of Italy.” As such, we are excited to present four iconic Italian pizzas true to the Neapolitan tradition. (Please read on)

Zahara (Sicilian) Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Artigiani Sapori dried wild grown Calabrian Oregano
Tuscanini premium Italian Sea Salt
Pecorino Romano Cheese
Cantabrian Anchovies
Basil and garlic domestically grown

MARINARA**| San Marzano Tomatoes*, Calabrian Wild Oregano, Garlic, Basil, Sicilian Sea Salt, EVOO

MARGHERITA | San Marzano Tomatoes*, Buffalo Mozzarella, Basil, Sicilian Sea Salt, EVOO

BIANCA | Buffalo Mozzarella, Garlic, Basil, Sicilian Sea Salt, EVOO

COSACCA | San Marzano Tomatoes*, Pecorino Romano, Basil, Sicilian Sea Salt, EVOO

*We purée the imported San Marzano Tomatoes for our sauce- nothing else is added or needed.
**All ingredients are freshly added atop the pizza. This is not a precooked marinara sauce.
Pepperoni or Anchovies added upon request.
