Today we added one of our more popular veggie pies to our NY Style Extra Large menu. The Eggplant Fresca has breaded eggplant, shredded cheese, fresh mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers and is finished with fresh basil & balsamic glaze. It is available as a traditional pie and also as a vegan pie.
